This former pig farm has been transformed into a farm restaurant with one of the most sustainable whisky distilleries in the world.

Two new routes in Breda allow you to get to know the city and the entrepreneurs who are working hard to promote sustainability. Follow the Explore Creative Breda walking route from the city centre to the industrial Havenkwartier. Once of the places you will comes across here is STEK. It houses 25 conscious entrepreneurs, and you can buy gifts made of waste plastic, enjoy honest snack platters and even more tasty local treats.
The Explore Green Breda route takes you from the city centre to the south, with sustainable addresses along the route. These range from packaging-free concept shops to vegan proof lunchrooms. On the way, you also pass gems such as Valkenberg city park and the Willem Merkxtuin (gardens).
