It offers a beautifully located farm restaurant with large garden, an indoor and outdoor playground, a campsite and a holiday home. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy rural life. You can experience things like eating from a Dutch wooden shoe(!), and your children will have a great time playing in a former pigsty. Gerrithoeve is also a great base to discover the beautiful little town of Oisterwijk, also called “the pearl in the countryside”.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy rural life. You can experience things like eating from a Dutch wooden shoe(!), and your children will have a great time playing in a former pigsty. Back to basics, but with wifi
The holiday home has a large homely kitchen, two large living rooms, three large bedrooms, and has beds for a maximum of ten to twelve people. You can also stay at the spaciously appointed farmer’s campsite (with water, electricity and drainage on every pitch). Choose a spot by the water and enjoy the view over the Brabant countryside, or go for one of the beautiful spots with play equipment, ideal for young families. Children will have the time of their lives in any case with the wonderful indoor and outdoor playground. And after an active day of fun you can relax and have dinner in the partly covered restaurant garden. Enjoy delicious and good quality food among elements of the old cowshed such as feeding troughs, wooden ceilings and beams, and stable doors that allowed the farmer’s horses to look out from their nightly home. All of this for an unexpectedly low price. And the wifi connection which is available all over the grounds will allow you to share this great experience with the world!
Oisterwijk and surroundings
With its large car park Gerrithoeve is also an ideal base for a walk or a cycling tour in the surroundings. In Oisterwijk’s Forests and Fens or the Kampina wood for example. National park the Loon and Drunen Dunes and theme park Efteling are less than 20 kilometres away, and places like Oirschot, Eindhoven, Tilburg, ’s-Hertogenbosch and La Trappe Koningshoeve are also just a pleasant bike ride away.
