3. Magical winter walks

  • Winter met sneeuw in het Philips de Jong wandelpark in Eindhoven

Winter time is perfect for exploring the Brabant countryside with children. Put on a warm coat, pull on your boots and the adventure can begin. Go, for example, to the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen (Oisterwijk Forests and Fens) or the Mastbos in Breda. Here you walk on fairy-tale paths through wooded areas and fields of heather with frozen fens. En route you hunt for tracks of animals that are active in the winter. End your winter outing with hot chocolate or a pancake at a cosy restaurant.

Along the route, which is 5.5 kilometres long, you will wander through the Earthly Paradise he discovered. Can you find the Earthly Paradise as well?''
