Molen Dewerd
This was originally a grain mill, but Dewerd was converted into a fulling mill in the 17th century.
This was originally a grain mill, but Dewerd was converted into a fulling mill in the 17th century. Corn was ground here in the 19th century. The mill house was converted into a luxury villa in 1917. A bomb fell on the mill at the end of the Second World War, leaving behind only the house, a millstone and some wall anchors.
