The Italian couple Antonio and Sara Malzone, from the beautiful Salerno and Rome, lovingly run this beautiful restaurant. Antonio is the head chef and Sara runs the front of house together with her Italian colleagues. You will imagine yourself in Bella Italia, in a wonderful Italian holiday atmosphere.
The locals have known them for much longer: Antonio and Sara used to run the 'La Dolve Vita' restaurant in Eindhoven from 1997 to 2005. They subsequently moved to Rome to start a restaurant there, but were always toying with the idea of returning to the Netherlands.
They eventually returned to the Netherlands last year, looking to set up an attractive Italian restaurant again in the Eindhoven area, and started looking for suitable premises where the family could also live.
