Looking for peace and quiet? Then Zerp is the place. This grey, sleepy town is known for its calmness and... dullness. Exactly why Doctor Victor Frankenstein settled here: finally a place where he can work on his mysterious experiments in silence. But while Frankenstein sets up his laboratory, the mayor is brooding on very different plans. He dreams of making Zerp the hippest city in the country. His solution? A radical makeover for all its inhabitants. And who else but Victor Frankenstein to carry out this ‘rejuvenation cure’?

What begins as an ambitious project soon degenerates into total chaos. Frankenstein literally goes to extremes. With a helping hand from the kind but clumsy Gezina, he secretly tinkers something... or someone... together. When the monster comes to life, the consequences are incalculable.
